A list of some great board books for the Easter basket.

Put away the teeth-rotting chocolates and candies, and fill your favorite toddler’s Easter Basket with some great board books that she’ll enjoy over and over again.

There are so many wonderful toddler books available for the Easter season. Let’s first look at bunny books.

Pat the Bunny (Touch and Feel Book) by Dorothy Kunhardt is one of the most popular bunny books for toddlers, having sold over 6 million copies since it was first published in 1940.

The Runaway Bunny (originally published in 1942) by Margaret Wise Brown is another toddler classic. In this story, a little bunny plays a hide-and-seek game with his mother bunny.

For toddlers who love puppies, check out Spot's First Easter by Eric Hill.

My Easter Basket (Board book) by Emma Less and Peter Rabbit's Easter (Peter Rabbit Seedlings) (Board book) by Beatrix Potter are also fun basket fillers.

Of course, there are other wonderful board books for Easter time!

Fisher Price Farm Lift the Flap by Doris Tomaselli is great for busy fingers. Toddlers get to lift flaps to discover new things such as colors and animals. This is a very busy and colorful book.

Another fun board book is Open the Barn Door, Find a Cow by Christopher Santoro. With this book, toddlers get to open little doors and learn the sounds that animals make.
