Secrets Unlocked Online is filled with famous scenes and funny captions from the Hannah Montana television show. The book also tells readers what activities are on the website and how each activity ties into the show.

The website is divided into three main sections: Fashion Focus, Family Rocks, and School, Friends, and More. There is also a bonus section with printable activities.
- Fashion Focus: This section is all about fashion.
