As I mentioned in my review of Minimus: Starting out in Latin, there are free online resources to help learn Latin.
To start, the University of Notre Dame has a Latin Dictionary and Grammar Aid online.
Want to know your name in Latin? Latin.org has a name look-up online. All you have to do is type in your first and last name, and the country you live in.
For serious study into Latin grammar, check out Allen and Greenough’s New Latin Grammar for Schools and Colleges.
Finally, The Pronunciation of Latin is an excellent website for parents and children who want to learn basic pronunciation. It is probably the only website you need to help you and your child work through Barbara Bell’s Minimus: Starting out in Latin.
