I tried to find an answer to this question and I couldn't. Maybe someone will help me: what kind of books should I buy for my little daughter. She is 5. I wish to write a book for her but I have no ideea.

» Nicole_Alexander - Books for five yr. old

I have two books that would be perfect for a five yr. old on my site here:

However, things to consider are the childs attention span. Some children are more into books and sitting than others. Also, take into consideration their interest. What things do they enjoy? Read about those.
Thank you,
Nicole Alexander

In response to what kind of books kids need posted by alina21:
Your best bet is to check out what your local library has. Find out what your daughter likes: horses, fairies, adventure.

Also consider what your child is learning at her age: telephone use, manners, getting dressed by herself, etc. There are a great number of books for children that help them develop the skills that they need.

As her mother, you'll be able to tell what subjects fascinate her. Does she have a favorite toy or a blankie? A favorite food? Develop a story around it.
